A new offer (with modules) in 10 steps
Create an offer with modules/lessons
(Requires prior the creation of administrators/leaders and location)
Special characters
Allowed symbols in offer name are: , . – _
Not allowed are: : + / & % * ? ! < > ^ ( ) { } = ` ~ £ $ € § ° # ”
1. Create a category
Right-click on an existing category or on account abbreviation in top-left navigation section
2. Create an offer
Right-click on an existing category, select «New Offer (course, event)» from menu
3. Set offer name
Enter a meaningful offer name without special characters (DE, EN and FR)
4. Create module/lesson in the «Calendar» tab
Click on the selected day and time slot, start and end date are automatically set in the date field
5. Set registration deadline
Enter in «Date Settings» field
6. Set minimum and maximum number of participants
Enter in «Participant Information» field
7. Create price categories
Create one or more price categories in the «Pricing» field
8. Create offer description
Text, images and links can be added in the «Description» tab
9. Change offer status to «Publish»
The offer can now be booked
10. Show preview and start booking
Check the created offer on «Preview - Share». Create a test booking to get to know the booking process
If you have already integrated the iFrame into your website, bookings can already be made through the website.

Create an offer without modules/lessons, start and end date only
1. Create a category

3. Set offer name

6. Create price categories
Create one or more price categories in the «Pricing» field
7. Create offer description
