Offers can be divided into modules or lessons. Each module can contain a description line, start and end (date and time), leader/lecturer and the location of venue. The created modules are displayed on your website. All modules created in your edoobox account are shown in the background (grey = does not belong to this offer, green = belongs to this offer).
Create a new module, new dates, new lessons
Select the desired month and year in the left area (small calendar). You can then click on the desired date in the right area (large calendar), a box appears.
Description
Short description of the module or lesson. This description is useful when you have many offers.
From – to
Start and end of the module. A module can extend over several days. Several modules/lessons can be created on one day.
The time can only be set with a mouse click, nothing can be written in manually.
The calendar time grid can be defined from 1 – 60 minutes in the edoobox settings.
Leader
Choose the leader or lecturer for this module, more than one person can also be chosen (previously defined in the Admin tab).
Location
Choose the location of venue for this module. If necessary, also choose the room (previously defined in the Location tab). If a location is entered here, it can be displayed as a Google Map [German version].
Save as template
Modules can be saved as template. A template can be dragged with the mouse from the left side to a date. This avoids having to enter everything repeatedly each time.
In the monthly overview, the module is displayed with the existing times in the new date.
In the weekly or daily overview, the module can be dragged to any starting time.
Duplicate appointment
Enter the number of appointments to be created and the time between the respective start times. The appointment with the entered data (description, user, location) is entered into the calendar.
If you delete an appointment, always open an existing appointment afterwards and save it without changing anything so that the start date respectively end date is updated.
The created appointments can only individually be modified or deleted should you later find out a mistake.

Overview 3
Weekly view without time grid. Modules can be moved with the mouse, start and end times can be set with the mouse.
Overview 4
Monthly view. Modules can be moved with the mouse, start and end times can be set with the mouse.
Overview 5
Module view > list with all modules. The list contains the module description, location + room and the assigned leaders or lecturers.
Offers can be booked as a whole or, starting with the Limited2 abonnement, individual modules can also be booked.
